By using this platform, you agree to:

2. Age & Eligibility Requirements

2.1 Age Restriction

This platform does not provide services to users under 18 years of age. By using this service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old or have reached the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.

2.2 Compliance Declaration

• You represent that using this service is legal in your jurisdiction
• You represent that holding cryptocurrency is legal in your jurisdiction
• You are responsible for compliance with local laws and regulations

3. Account & Wallet Binding

3.1 TON Wallet Binding

• This platform uses TON Connect for authentication
• Your TON wallet address serves as a unique identifier
• You are responsible for wallet security

3.2 Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• Do not share wallet access with others
• Notify us immediately if unauthorized use is detected

4. Usage Rules

You agree NOT to:

• Post fraudulent, defamatory, harassing, or illegal content
• Manipulate market data or publish false information
• Abuse the report system or file malicious reports
• Attempt to bypass security mechanisms or hack the system
• Use bots or automated tools to scrape data
• Violate any TON Connect Terms of Service

5. Three-Tier Membership System

5.2 Payment Method

Membership fees are paid in TON via TON Connect.

5.3 No Refund Policy

Due to the irreversible nature of cryptocurrency transactions, paid membership fees are non-refundable, except when:

• System error causes duplicate charges
• Service is unavailable for extended periods (7+ consecutive days)

6. Forum Usage

6.1 Posting & Tipping

• Post limits based on membership level
• Tips sent in TON are irreversible

6.2 Content Moderation

We reserve the right to remove violating content without prior notice. See Community Guidelines.

6.3 Direct Messages

• Direct messages must not contain illegal, fraudulent, harassing, or hate content
• The platform reserves the right to access message records when required by law or for security investigations
• Friend relationship data and messages are stored on platform servers

7. Scam Reports & Governance

7.1 Report System

Report limits based on membership level. Malicious reports will lead to account suspension.

7.2 Violation Penalties

Violation points accumulate based on severity. Thresholds trigger penalties:

• 5 pts: Warning
• 10 pts: 3-day suspension
• 20 pts: 7-day suspension
• 30 pts: 30-day suspension
• 40 pts: Permanent ban

7.3 Appeal Process

Penalized users may submit appeals within 7 days with evidence of misjudgment.

8. Intellectual Property

• You retain copyright to content you post
• But you grant the platform a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use it
• Platform original content (code, design, trademarks) belongs to CryptoMind

9.4 Taiwan & US Stock Data

Taiwan and US stock market data is sourced from yfinance and represents delayed after-hours data, not real-time prices. Stock information on this platform is for research reference only.

9.5 Third-Party Services

This platform relies on TON Connect. TON Connect or toncenter service interruptions, policy changes, or other factors may affect platform functionality. We are not responsible for these third-party services quality.

9.6 Anti-Money Laundering & Compliance (AML/KYC)

You acknowledge and agree that:

• The Platform reserves the right to review suspicious transactions, including but not limited to requesting supplementary identity verification
• If transactions involve suspicious activities (money laundering, terrorism financing, fraud), the Platform may suspend or refuse service and report to authorities as required by law
• You warrant that the TON you use originates from legitimate sources and is not connected to any illegal activities
• You understand that under the ROC Money Laundering Control Act and related regulations, virtual asset services may be subject to regulation
• The Platform operates in a non-custodial model: payments go directly from user wallets to the platform wallet; the Platform does not hold, custody, or manage user assets

9.7 Force Majeure & Blockchain Risks

The Platform is not liable for:

• Blockchain network congestion or failure: TON blockchain transaction confirmation delays or failures
• Smart contract vulnerabilities: Asset losses due to security flaws in third-party smart contracts
• Hard Forks: Blockchain protocol upgrades causing abnormal address or asset behavior
• Wallet service disruptions: Technical issues with TON Connect, Tonkeeper, or other wallet providers
• Natural disasters or government actions: Force majeure events (earthquakes, war, regulatory changes, etc.)

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CryptoMind is not liable for:

• Losses from using or inability to use services
• Disruptions from third-party services (TON Connect, toncenter, OKX API)
• Data transmission errors, hacking, or technical issues
• Investment decisions made based on platform information

10.1 Liability Cap

In no event shall CryptoMind's total aggregate liability exceed the greater of: (a) the total fees paid by you to the Platform during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or (b) New Taiwan Dollars One Thousand (NT$1,000). The Platform shall not be liable for any indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential damages.

11. Service Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, especially for:

• Violations of these Terms or Community Guidelines
• Suspected fraud or illegal activities
• Violations of TON Connect Terms of Service
• Prolonged inactivity (90+ days)

12. Data Protection & Privacy

How we collect, use, and protect your personal data is detailed in our Privacy Policy. By using this service, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the Laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Disputes should be resolved through friendly negotiation first.

14. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

14.1 Binding Arbitration

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court.

14.2 Class Action Waiver

You agree not to participate in class actions, class arbitrations, or representative actions against CryptoMind. All disputes must be resolved on an individual basis.

14.3 Arbitration Location

Arbitration shall take place in Taiwan, Republic of China, under ROC law.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Major changes will be announced on the platform and require your re-confirmation. Continued use constitutes acceptance of new terms.
